I also try to avoid worrying too much about those long periods of fussiness on the chart!

http://www.flickr.com/photos/lesliev2001/2675845368/

You can see there at about 3 months they probably will be grumpy. The Wonder Weeks book it comes from is supposed to be good but I haven't got it myself.

My baby is just 4 months and is just like Maren during tummy time. But on Wednesday, out of no where, the kid just rolled from his back right around onto his tummy with his arms flicking out to hold him up. And yet he still doesn't seem at all interested in trying to do the tummy to back roll. Each to their own :)Kthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10315398916646225408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8630637731291119499.post-74161212017602727492013-01-15T16:41:16.193-06:002013-01-15T16:41:16.193-06:00Hi Michelle. I pumped for my son too. Keep up the good work!Nikkihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01792648847934893154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8630637731291119499.post-29062449353203640642013-01-14T09:23:12.574-06:002013-01-14T09:23:12.574-06:00I would love to do a post on it and then if u stil...I would love to do a post on it and then if u still have questions jut email me! Love those sweet cheeks! :)

If you're open to it, I'd be interested in a post about your pumping schedule (how often you do it, how long you pump, how you started, is it harder than nursing etc.) My son has never been a good nurser, either, and after 6 weeks of hard work, I think I'm ready to try something new. I don't want to do formula, so I'm thinking pumping may be for us.

Any tips/advice would be appreciated! :)Analisa McCainhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11639493216320115154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8630637731291119499.post-89056318729220339122013-01-13T21:54:07.506-06:002013-01-13T21:54:07.506-06:00a few things:

Because they quit napping well, they were more fussy. It's also a developmental and growth spurt milestone, so that could be some of her fussy issues too. Just be consistent with what you do schedule-wise... she'll get through it.
- I felt like you wrote exactly how I feel in regards to breastfeeding. I don't know how I even made it to 9 months with Brayden. I made it 5.5 months with Connor. Breastfeeding made me whacky mentally, and I felt SO much more comfortable bottle feeding. It was just so much more relaxing to me to know how much they were getting and not have to be there all the time. People will try to make you feel bad, but honestly, I had to do what made me the best mom.
